Lists are stored locally in your browser. Shared lists are stored on our servers so participants can access them — and automatically deleted when no longer needed.

LastList works without an account. Sign in with Google or email to unlock Cloud Sync — back up your lists and access them on any device.

Your email is only used for access — never shared or sold. Google sign-in only accesses your basic profile.

How does multi-store planning work?

When you add items to a shopping list, LastList searches for products at stores near you. You pick which product and store you want for each item, then choose how you want it fulfilled — pickup, delivery, or in-person. LastList builds one unified plan that covers all your stores, so you can handle online orders first and then shop in-store with an organized checklist.

Is LastList free?

LastList is free. There's no credit card required and no hidden fees. Future pricing hasn't been decided yet, but the goal is to keep core features accessible to everyone.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your lists are stored locally in your browser — not on our servers. When you search for products, your item text is processed on our servers to find matches, but your personal information is never sold or shared. Can I share lists with family or roommates?

Yes. You can share any list type with others using a share link. Inventory lists support real-time bidirectional sync, so changes made by any participant are instantly visible to everyone. Other shared list types allow participants to view and contribute items.

LastList is a progressive web app (PWA) that works in any modern browser on any device — phone, tablet, or desktop. You can install it to your home screen for an app-like experience without downloading anything from an app store.
